The Cromwell Committee would like to invite all members, associate members and supporters to attend the Branch Annual Meeting. At this year's event we shall look back at 2022, recognise the achievements of our members, and identify the committee for the 2023 season. The BAM meeting is relatively short, with the key focus at this event on the presentation of the 2022 Awards to our members.
All trophies shall be allocated based on the information stored on clubhouse. Distance and upgrade awards will need to be applied for. Distance awards start at 100KM and are available in increments of 250KM, 500KM and every 500KM thereafter. Upgrades (a separate one for horse and rider) are for progression from Novice to Open, Open to Advanced, etc. Please contact the event organiser to request these awards. Further details will be shared by email to all Cromwell Group members.
Attendance includes either a 2 course or a 3 course meal. Please make your selection from the form attached to your entry. Entry fee includes food.
