Privacy & GDPR
As the governing body of the sport of endurance in Great Britain, EGB has always had great respect for our members’ and supporters’ data and for their privacy. This will continue under GDPR. EGB has put the necessary policies and procedures in place to be compliant with the new legislation, which includes the Lawful Basis under which EGB processes personal data.

EGB’s Data Privacy Policy: This document describes what personal data EGB collects, what it is used for and who it is shared with, where it is stored, the rights that people have for correction and / or deletion and a summary of the special data EGB holds.

Lawful Basis: This document summarises the lawful basis under which EGB collects and uses personal data for the benefit of its members and supporters.
Subject Access Requests can be made to the EGB Office by email at office@endurancegb.co.uk with an email subject of “GDPR Subject Access Request”.

A request for personal data to be corrected, limited or completely removed should also be communicated to the EGB Office by email at office@endurancegb.co.uk with a subject of “GDPR Action Request”.
